Can I change my plan?
You can change your plan at any time. If you are on a monthly plan, we will prorate your charges accordingly. If you are on a multi-month plan, changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.

Your subscription will automatically upgrade by adding a workspace member with the same term length as your base plan. Monthly equivalent pricing for additional seats range from $15 to $25 depending on your plan’s term length.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
Cancel anytime from the billing tab in your workspace settings. You’ll retain access until your subscription period ends. After your subscription ends, workspaces can be reactivated by creating a new subscription for that workspace.
Can I use MyAssistant.AI to do marketing for multiple brands?
Every MyAssistant.AI workspace is designed to work with one Brand Kit, because MyAssistant.AI Autopilot learns from your specific audience to improve content generation week after week.
